Your point is - what? That women don’t want the top job? Remove gender from your so called analysis. Women don’t want anyone to assume it. If they want to quit that’s on them. Society looks down on a man who quits and assumes a woman is going to quit - that’s the real problem. What you highlighted is simply burnout. And it’s not gender specific.
